E4400 Overclocking

So while I wait just a bit longer save up a bit more cash to get a E8400 I want to try to get the most power out of my current chip. Right now I have it the E4400 at 2.8Ghz on stock voltages. Is there a way to push it a bit further. I have an Asus P5Q Pro. I can get up to 2.8 easy but as soon as I go any further up I can't get it stable. Recommendations for voltages to get a bit more out of the chip?

You can safely increase vcore 10% over stock voltage.

For stable operation, I wouldn't go over 1.4v. I have an E4300 myself and the max VID is about 1.4v.

Just add about 0.5v to your Vcore and you should get to 3.2Ghz.
