I have multiple windows\Temp\etilqs files that I cannot defragment. How can I fix this problem?

My question to you is: Why do you want to defrag files in your TEMP folder, to begin with ? Most likely, your browser (Google or Firefox) for example created the temp files, and being temp files, just delete them.
