Overclock Core I7 on asus P6T

I don't know how my post got lost but i'm having trouble when it comes to overclocking after i updated my BIO's on the motherboard.

I was have seen posts from all over the web that says i should be able to overclock it upto 4.2 GHZ on the CPU,i had it OC'ed to 3.5 for stability and temp reasons but since i updated to the current Bios the best i can do is 21x133=2.8Ghz.
I tried looking thru this website but all i find is people with the deluxe model and i don't have that one.
I went with the new Bios so i can get the timing for my memory that the company for that said i can reach,after the update its set perfect.Thats why i wanted to get my CPU running the best i can set it with heat at staying as down as i can get it,Happy medium that i know maybe too hard to do.
My memory timings are
DRAM FREQ 801.4 FSBRAM 2:12
CAS#LAtency (CL) 6
RAS#toCAS# Delay (tRCD) 7
RAS# Precharge (tRP) 6
Cycle Time (tRAS) 18
Row refresh cycle time(tRFC) 88

This is tripple channel memory NB frequency 3205.6

Ok i solved my problem and now i'm running the best i can off air,solid and stable.I want to overclock my Graphics Card (Ausu EAH5870 v1 to 1010Core 1300 Memory (my current settings is Core 950 Memory 1200) but i've reached my limit on my PSU and the Heat off the Gcard is too much unless i run Liquid so i'm saving up for a nice lil 1200.

I like the Pcpitstop.com test but i know theres better out there and everything i've run has worked so far tells me this is 100% stable



Weird tho why does it tell me its 4.198.7 and not 4.2? not that i care andmemory seems to run 799.7 not 800? not like i ever cared about a the "point .3 variants" is basicly what i call it when its off by .?? took it from star trek
