I have dual core processor 3.00Gz and
D945GCL mother board.
My PC has done 2 times thermal trip within 1 month But i am pasting heat sink gel 2 times so i know that it is harmful to our processor or motherboard ??Please Reply how to improve my Internal processor temperature ??

Your English is bad. Dont understand what your talking about. What is a thermal trip? What do you mean you are pasting heat sink gel 2 times?

You want to use a large pea sized amount and spread it evenly over the surface without getting it too close to the edges. You dont really want it oozing out the edges onto your motherboard or socket.
