That's a motherboard, isn't it? Are you trying to remove the motherboard from the case? If so, just remove all the adapter cards (if any), disconnect all the wires and unscrew all of the screws from the case standoffs.

It's also a good idea to ground yourself to the case to avoid any damage due to static electricity.

Be a little more specific and ffs lay off of the caps.

Well, caps lock may be cruse control for cool, but...
