That's a motherboard, isn't it? Are you trying to remove the motherboard from the case? If so, just remove all the adapter cards (if any), disconnect all the wires and unscrew all of the screws from the case standoffs.
It's also a good idea to ground yourself to the case to avoid any damage due to static electricity.
It might help if you tell us what you are talking about dreemr - what ia an "ASUS P4-S33SVM? I googled it, newegged it, and even ASUSED it and found nothing.
