I have the AMD Phenom II X4 955. I had OC'd my CPU up to 3.4 at stock voltage using BIOS. As you can see, the slider thing to increase the CPU Core Multiplier is at it's max of...17. Is there any way I can fix it so it can go up higher because I'm pretty sure it should be able to.

Overclock need good cooler '
Oc better via bios, if you use aod not worth cannot higher clock.
There are many setting in bios must disabled : c1e, cool n quite, spread spectrum, Set oc in manual
If you don't do this your aod cannot succes because in bios still default.
I know aod very simple but cannot get higher clock.
If use bios you can control voltage and clock.
