How To Expand My C Drive In Windows XP

Do you have free space in another partition? Have you considered purchasing a larger hard drive and cloning your old drive to it?

You might be able to free up 20-30% of your hard drive space by compressing the files on the hard drive. XP comes with per-file compression which works well.

First , you should do a proper clean . Try TuneUp utilities or CCleaner. Personally I recommend CCleaner.

And if your PC runs slow, then go to start>msconfig and disable some services and startup processes...
Yes, I agree with PhilFrisbie on compressing the drive.
And you can also lower the amount of your page file, depending on it's current size... :hello:
