I have two internal hard drives. The first had XP and a broadband connection . On the second I've just installed another XP OS. Can I get
a broadband connection on the second XP OS using the same modem. The Ntlworld (now Virgin Media) Cable modem connects to the computer via an
ethernet connection. You see my first XP OS has certain validation problems
and I want to see if I can build a unflawed XP OS on the second drive (with
new serial code).
If I can, what files need I copy over to the new OS to get a broadband
connection.

Generally when you have a broadband connection set up, all you have to do is hook it up to your computer, regardless of what hard drive you are using.
