AMD Overdrive

Hi,I have a Phenom 2x4 965,Asus M4A77T Mother board,G-Force GT 250 with 1024MB DDR3 and 4 gig of Ram memory what settings can I safely use on AMD Overdive.I am playing Crysis 2 but having problems when i get killed the game doesnt respond to go back to my game and I end up pressing Ctrl+alt+delete to get task manager to close it.IThen click on the Crysis icon and go back to it that way.I just wondered whether i upped the settings the game wouldn't hang.
I also have Windows premium 7 64bit.Many thanks

if overclock test your overclock along 8hours use Prime95
overclock use AOD have limited speed clock than overclock via bios (it' good for you)
many setting must disabled in bios when do overclocking :

disabled C1E, cool n quite, spread spectrum, overclock in position manual , this is important control all overclock
