The fan on this low profile graphics card broke:

Would any/all of these work? Do you have any suggestions of to which one or any others I should use to replace my broken fan.

HMMMM,,,Me thinks you should get the biggest fan that you can get as they move more air quieter than a smaller fan,I have a Vantec4 pro right here and they are quite small about 2in from edge to edge and slightly more than 3in from center hole to center hole.
In any event go to the manufacturers site and get the dimensions so you can see what is what..

A geforce 9500 GT will be a large upgrade from what you have and is quite cheap: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150319

Replacing the fan is too much trouble IMO
