I know everyone says that its impossible to replace a laptops graphics card; but I've also heard that ripping apart your laptop to replace it can work.
I have a Toshiba Satellite Pro A200, which I got on Christmas 2007; and the graphics card is really bad - it's an Intel Celeron M CPU.
I'm getting the Sims 3 in a week, and it requires at least Graphics GeForce: Go 6200 / Radeon mobile 9600 and vGraphics Ram: 128 MB

Is it possible to upgrade my laptop to this? If so will the tutuorial here (http://www.pcworld.com/article/148909-3/upgrading_your_laptops_graphics_card.html) tell me what to do?

Doesn't answer your question, but if you can wait until this thing's released it might be a better option than ripping out your GPU.

Doak.
