Xfx 750i debug code "2E" no video output

Hi all,

I just bought and installed an xfx 750i nforce sli mobo.
The debug led on the back of the mobo cycles through "FF" "D0" and so on and then halts on "2E", fans and hdd's spin up but i have no video output at this point.
This code is not in the manual and XFX support have been little help.

I have tried:

Reseating RAM, CPU and GFX card.

Using both sticks of ram seperately in all 4 of the dimm slots.

Tried both pci-e slots for the gfx card (its is currently in the x16 slot)

Checked and double checked that the gfx card is being fed power from two pcie power cords on different rails of my PSU.

It's really got me confused and XFX are leaning me towards sending the board back but the mobo i just replaced had a similar problem so perhaps i could have a problematic component in there.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

xfx nvidia 750i sli
Kingwin 700W Modular PSU
4gb Winchip 800mhz (2x2gb)
nvidia 8800gtx
Seagate Barracuda 360gb hdd.
Western digital 80gb hdd.
Sony DVD/WR (IDE)
Asus wireless lan pci adapter.

Yeah fixed it. Turns out my graphics card blew up with the old mobo. According to XFX "2E" means memory of main board problems - it was actually a graphics card- the rest is fine. Pretty lame they dont know what their own boards debug codes mean....
