PLEASE help me!

My Windows XP was recently reformatted and sometimes I can't connect to the internet, I opted for restart sometimes. I am new to this, I need answers ASAP! THANKS : )

Do you get any error messages or could you describe in more detail what happens when your internet drops?

Also if you could provide the model of your computer, so we might track down some drivers.

Windows XP professional Version 2002
Just "UNABLE to Connect to the INTERNET", and then when I restart it,the internet connection comes back but only for a few minutes.And also when I use windows player or youtube, I can't hear a thing though I have my speakers on, it says a sound device is not installed.

Is not the make & model of your computer.

Supply the Brand Name and the Model of the computer. Is it a Dell? HP? Gateway? and what model?
