Newly bought CM Storm Scout - Am I screwed?

I just recently got a CM Storm Scout, and while I was fiddling with the back panel where the graphics card goes, I accidentally broke off the little clip that is meant to keep it in place because I misinterpreted the manual. Am I screwed?

I would rather not return it, because it was my own fault and the seller went out of his way to deliver the case personally during the weekend because the courier companies don't work on weekends.

Am I fine without the clippy thing (hopefully owners of the Scout will understand)?

^ i'd just use a set screw like Badge said. You can also contact coolermaster and see if they have the part and if they'll ship it to you. I'm sure you're not the first person that had this happen to them.
