Radeon HD 2600 noise

Hi!

i have a Fujitsu Lifebook N6470 with a Mobility Radeon HD 2600
whenever i fire up a game or use Vista's Aero (move, resize, minimize windows) i hear a strange noise, like a quiet rattling
any idea what could it be?

Check all the fans in the notebook.
Run hard disk diagnostics.

fans have a different, smooth sound when spinning up
hard drive also
it definitely has something to do with the 3D mode of the video card

Rattle or buzz?
Some cards will buzz, it's to do with the voltage regulators: Normal and harmless, but worrying for some.
If the system is under warranty, contact the dread Customer Support, they may repair/replace it.

buzz is a good word to describe it. it didn't cross my mind, english is not my native language
i'm not worried about me, i was just wondering what it is
it doesn't bother me that much, so i rather skip the hassle of bringing it to service
