My new pc doesn't turn on

We (my bro and me) built a new gaming rig pc here in my home yesterday and when we tested it it didn't turn on. We've tried cable reconnecting but nothing happens. The specs are: Ocz 80 PLUS CERTIFIED 600 watts PSU, Ati Radeon HD 4770, Gygabyte MA77OT-UD3P M/B, G Skill 2x2gb ram @1333mhz ddr3, seagate 7200 .11 1tb (yes it has latest update so no brick probs) , generic dvd drive, guardian 921 case.

Any help? suggestions?
