Computer: Sony VAIO VGC-LV290J/B - Awesome computer. But, the wireless keyboad and mouse absolutely suck. To clarify; the response is great...its the physical design that sucks rotten eggs.

I want an alternate keyboard/mouse and want to see if the RF device inside the computer will support an alternate device? I guess I could just go buy it and see...and if not return it, but prefer a little more information before I do that.

most will come with their own usb dongle that is keyed to the specific kb/mouse, so if you have an open usb you will be fine

Thanks for the response. I knew I could use the dongle, but I was hoping to avoid that if possible. Again, thank you very much for taking the time to respond. :)
