Vertical Stripes before startup of WIN XP

I have a ADVUEU EZ17C Monitor to HP Computer. On Startup the screen shows only colorchanging vertical stripes , then the XP welcome Screen.
I changed Computers, had the same effect. Can't find update for driver.
Has anyone run into the same problem and has a solution?

Get over it. While Windows is loading, there is no driver. You're seeing the native resolution, probably 640x480 until Windows loads the driver as a stage it goes through while starting. Your monitor just doesn't like that resolution but it gets over it and so should you.
