WILL IT FIT IN THE MINI TOWER?
From what i've read it should fit underneath the hard drive cage.
Any ideas or suggestions are welcomed?
If not i'm just buying a midtower, but i would really like a mini.

It should fit, but the PSU is junk and you shouldn't use it with quality components you care about.

+1 get a 600w OCZ stealthxstream, they are pretty good and should run that setup fine, and are reasonably priced. If you got some money left over look into getting a better CPU cooler if you want to OC. If you haven't already bought that case, I would rethink it. Look at an Antec 300.
