System 32 error

Hello,
i have problem installing my printer. The system tellms me that the spooler are off ?

Start>Run>services.msc>Print Spooler

Set to Automatic, and "Apply" and while you are there, Click "Start" (service)

you need to turn off the anti virus and firewall, then delete the current printer software. Restart and load the all printer software from scratch.
The printer driver was erased by an automatic update, probably. Happens sometimes.
Restart and turn the firewall and anti virus back on.
