I somehow changed the logon feature on my laptop running
Windows XP pro edition. Originally it was configured so
that on startup logon was automatic to my user acct
("Joanne", which has administrator access). I only saw
the welcome screen and did not have to respond. After a
little unintended tweaking I now have to accept a log on
as the Administrator on startup. I log out and then have
to log back in to access "Joanne's" preferences. Can
anyone help me change it back?

Thanks,

Start, Run, type control userpasswords 2 OK
Clear the Users must enter a username and password to use
this computer check box. Click Apply. Enter the user name
and password you wish to automatically log on with, and
then click OK. Click OK again and you're all done.
