Reinstalling the lost features

I lost my iTunes, Quick Time Player and Safari features suddenly after losint my Internet connection during six days, how can I reinstall these important for me features with an Apple application

Try a system restore to date prior to when your problems started, or use Apple update (should be on your computer) to download applications.
