Is a max of 80 degrees celcius normal/safe when running prime95 for an overclocked windows 7, i7-930 with an asus rampage III extreme motherboard?

Also are you supposed to be able to run prime95 and furmark at the same time and keep your system stable?

80 degrees is warm, is that on a stock intel cooler or after market cooler?, what are ur idle temps and ur temp when using games or heavily treaded programs, also to note ull most never use 100% of all ur cores, for very long and wouldnt worry about it, but 80 seems a bit high, might want to look into an after market cooler to be safe and sleep sound at night ;)

Okay thankyou, the fan i have is XIGMATEK THOR'S HAMMER.
My computer has been stable running prime95 and funmark for 24 hours but earlier i got the BSOD with the error code 0x00000050, any suggestions on how to fix and lower temps? Oh any my idle temps are about 40-45 celcius, and when im playing a game like Civilization 5 on highest settings my temps get to around 50 degrees maybe 55 celcius tops. My temps get pretty high when running something like LinX, it gets up to 87 celcius.
