Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

Windows ought to be able to find that driver automatically and in any event, it's only a older style MODEM for dialling telephone calls, sending faxes or making dial-up Internet or Broadband connections.

If XP fails to find it and you really need it, go to Control Panel>System>Hardware>Device Manager, right click the item and go to Properties. Click the Details tab, then scroll to Hardware IDs and note down the four characters after VEN for Vendor and the four which follow DEV for Device. Go to http://www.pcidatabase.com and input those details in the relevant boxes and you should be led to the right manufacturer's site for the correct driver.
