I have been asked to try and resolve a graphics issue with a very nice HP Pavilion ZD7000 laptop. The graphics screen is shifted causing a vertical line on the left hand side of the screen which should be at the left hand edge of the screen. This presents itself at all times, in the users login and in safe mode. The video driver has been updated to the latest available from HP, but the problem remains. Does this mean that it is a hardware issue on the main board?
