P5Q Deluxe memory problems

I just installed a new motherboard and when I install my 4X2GB sticks(all new) of OCZ gold high performance with timings of 5-5-5-15 with 1.9 v my computer wont boot but when I remove 2 sticks she boots up.Could it be that I need to adjust the voltage to get the other 2 sticks to work.If so I cant seem to find the setting in the bios.Running Windows 7 64 bit

Went into bios and changed ram voltage to 1.9 all 4 sticks running fine
