Hi what is the best and most quiet power supply i can buy +/- 750 W.

Perhaps not quite as much power as you wanted, but I'm very happy with my Enermax Pro 82+ 625W power supply. It has a variable speed fan that runs completely silently at typical speeds of about 500RPM in my Core i7 system (with a low-end graphics card and three hard drives).
