Ok Im looking at buying a new card since my 8800gts 320mb is dieing :fou: with random crashing, strange lines, pixels scrambles and cant even play a game.

Im looking at a card on new egg and wondering is it ok to buy a EVGA Recertified graphics card?

All we can tell you is that it is recertified....if you think the extra few bucks saved is worth it when it magically goes poof a few months down the road and your money was well saved than go ahead...it may go poof or it may not....we can't say it won't we can't say it will....

 

Edit:i just checked what card your buying...you can get one of the msi versions for like 20$ more...seriously cough up the cash before your sodomized by the likes of randomly failing technology....

What is the warranty on your eVGA? If you browse around, some manufacturers have lifetime warranties (which as you can see may be useful, as today many cards usefulness is longer than their life).
