hi im tryin to help my dad find the product key infromation in his computer so he can get on line
my cosin put it in for him and lost the infromatino what do we do

If that was a bad key, you need to buy a new wondows license or if the computer came from a real vendor like Dell, HP, there should be a licence key on the computer.
