System boot fail after delete partition??

Hello,
I have accidentally deleted system partition while I was re-installing window then when I reboot the system it shut itself down without any error message, it shut down when I was trying to boot from window cd or try to re-install window too? could anyone help please

Go into setup F2 BIOS and make CD 1st boot device.

What exactly happens when the PC shuts down and when does that happen?

How long before it shuts down?
Well, if you did deleted the windows partition, and can't get the setup started, can you at least go to recovery console, or it shuts down on that too?
If you can reach recovery console try a proper format of the drive first....
