Windows Media Player Skin for Pocket PC

How can I download and change the skin of Pocket PC windows media player?

I'm having lots of troubles with this too. I've downloaded many things
including skins on an older Pocket PC with an older version of WMP. I can
download the files and put them on my PPC but the don't show up when I look
at the skins tab in WMP 10.0. The instructions for WMP 10.0 just say not to
put the skins in the windows folder, but I can't seem to make it work and I
have tried putting them in various folders.
