Hello all. So I live in a resort town in California. My house looks over the downtown area. I would like to get a good camera that can handle some snow during the winter and some heat during the summer. The camera will be just under an overhang but it may get a little wet sometimes. I plan on doing a small hobby site with the view and some advertising on it. I am a web designer so I don't need any help there I just need to know what is good for this kind of situation.

So I guess what I am looking for is:

* Good resolution video (640 x 480)
* Good picture (obviously)
* Can handle some weather
* It can be POE or regular, I am ready for both
* A decent optical zoom
