Hi,

I have 6gb of RAM installed, but only 2gb available. I'm using,

- Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit
- 6 gb DDR3 RAM (OCZ Gold Low Voltage Triple Channel 6GB Kit 3x2GB DDR3 PC3-15000 1866MHz)
- Intel Core i7 950 3,06GHz
- Asus P6T motherboard
- Zalman 850W PSU
- MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX275 896MB Twin Frozr OC

This system is only a couple of days old. At first I was using an Antec 500W PSU, and I remember that I had the full 6 gb RAM available. Then, sometime later, it dropped to 4,99 gb available. Today, I bought the new PSU, and now it's only 2 gb. Everything else is working just fine, I think.

What could be the problem?

Edit: I just tried changing it to the full 6 gb from msconfig's boot thing. It is now showing that 4,99 gb again. How can I get the full 6 gb? I does show the 6 gb installed, just the lower amount available.

I reinstalled Win 7 and it seems to have fixed the problem.
