Hey guys/gals. I have a customer that wants to build a new workstation to run cubase sx3 with a M-Audio fast track ultra usb interface. Unfortunately I need this build to be at $500 or under. He's got a 2.2 celeron right now so anything would be an upgrade. I'd love some suggestions for a low latency, qiuck io build within my budget. Graphics are not an issue at all so take that into consideration. Thanks.
I'm considering now a E5200 wolfdale cpu, 4gb's cheap ddr2, gigabyte ga-p45 of some sort, 500gb black WD, etc.
