someone know's what is the difference between ENGTX260 TOP/HTDI/896MD3 and GTX260 SONIC 216SP GDDR3. Thanks

First card has faster memory and core speed where the second has double the amount of memory. Also the second one has a better cooling system. So if you run games at big resolution (>1920x1200) I suggest the second one. If you run games smaller than 1920x1200, I suggest the first one.
You can oc a bit second one so it can have the same specs like the first one. Depends only if you know how to do it.
