Overclocking sager np 8170 s1

Hello,
if i ordered an intel 2nd gen i7 2820QM processor with a sager np 8170 s1 along with a nvidia 485m gpu, can this be overclocked and how much improved performance can i expect?

whether this is a laptop, then do not you OC dangerous because the heat will kill the hardware. is not recommended, this is a very nice laptop with the nickname Heart of Gold
