Thanks to respond my problem 'Ksiemb' ,

Finally I resolved it in my PC:

Go through the steps:-


> go to RUN and type DCOMCNFG + ENTER
> Then U find out COMPONENT SERVICES expand it,
> Then U find out COMPUTERS select it,
> Then find the computer icon ( right top pan) click on it,
> Then MY COMPUTER pan will pop up,
> Then select COM SECURITY tab,
and EDIT LIMITS or DEFAULT LIMITS as per Ur requirement,
select ur Login Name, as it appears admin rights ,
> Give full rights by checking check boxes under ALLOW.

I hope that it will 90% satisfy Ur need.
