Login script to set user as power user from admin user

Hello,
I currently have all users with with admin rights. I want to change that to power user. Doing it manuallly for 600 users is going to take a lifetime. Let me know if we can use script for the same

Would setting default user profile & imaging do what you want ?

or btch to delete / add all profiles ?
