the 7750 is not a strong cpu by todays standards .

Do you have a budget , and what 3d rendering program[s] will you use?

Are you going to be doing more 3D rendering? Or more gaming?

I'd defnitely get at LEAST a tri-core Phenom II, regardless of what the primary use will be.

Is there any particular reason you'd get that specific PSU?

I concur: get at least a P2X3 710/720BE and for single GPU config Corsair/OCZ 550 is plenty and far cheaper too hehe

7750 Kuma - I would have no problem with this if it was simply a temporary item, say for one or two months until you bought a good CPU. Otherwise, an Intel E5200 will run faster and overclock better, for the same price.

GIGABYTE GA-MA770-UD3 - It's not a good SB for overclocking (SB700) and the board itself isn't really a good platform for upgrading. DDR3 is cheap now, in some cases less than comparable DDR2. This trend will continue, and if you are building a machine to quickly upgrade, you have to now look hard at AM3. It was different 10 days ago, but this is the advice today.

I could go on, but that's a start.
