The Mobo says that "Memory Standard DDR2 1066 with AM2+ CPU
DDR2 800/667/533 with AM2 CPU". The Kuma CPU is an AM2+, but the RAM is an 800Mhz. Does this mean that any 800MhZ RAM is incompatible with an AM2+ CPU on this Mobo??

Thanks!

It means your memory can run up to DDR2 1066 (or you can get just ddr2 1066 memory) in an overclock on an am2+ cpu but, on a regular am2 cpu it can go only to 800mhz.

it's still compatible.

but, thats a low end board and not worth the buy IMO.

take a look at the combo deals for the kuma
