How to format samsung HD103UI fat32

How to format samsung HD103UI to fat32. Can not find software at Samsung to format this drive. There is a tool that supports other drives but will not do this drive.
I have put it into an external Case & I am using windows 7 64bit

Any suggestions......

BeyondWiz Media centre will read NTSF but not write or edit files.
When using Fat32 drives it can write & edit files also.
But I have found a program to format it to Fat32.....Fat32Format from Ridgecrop

Windows will format drives to FAT32.... When you right click a drive to format it, just change the file system to "FAT32" on the drop down box, or if you do it from a command line, just use the /FS:FAT32 command switch when formatting. But FAT32 is a terribly inefficient file system on large drives.

Its not possible.Windows 7 and Vista cannot be installed on FAT32 file systems.Either dump that software or get back to XP.

They won't install to a FAT32 drive, but they will still format drives to that file system.
