Hey Folks,

So I was having some computer issues where my machine would hang on the windows loading screen and once in, would freeze. A friend suggested uninstalling the video card and re-plugging it back in. I tried this and now can not get any video signal. I know its kind of a "duh" thing to be asking about (I had heard that if I plugged my video card back into the other slot I would be able to get a minimum video signal and reinstall my card). How do I reinstall the video card or at least get a video signal to see my BIOS?

Try another slot...that 780i has PCI Express 2.0 x16: 2 and PCI Express 1.0 x16: 1.

One of those slots should work...but if you try SLI you might be in trouble since it sounds like one of the slots is defective...

Also, make sure your monitor is set on whatever connection you have it...HDMI/DVI/VGA
