Which ATI 4890? Manufacturer?

Which ATI 4890 GPU should i get? When i say that, which manufacturer, like, which one can i OC the highest, most stable and such.

forgot to mention ill be running at 1920x1200 res. I know the 4890 runs good on that res, so that card that you mentioned, can i easily OC it and im assuming its the "Best", dunno why but i've heard XFX was the best manufacturer for ATI card, correct me if im wrong

I've had 2 xfx 4890 cards. Great stable card that stays 75c at 30% fan (The auto fan keeps it right about there, but you can jack it up) BUT one of the cards has an EXTREME high pitched wailing coming from ALL THE TIME. I've heard this can be a problem (if your a lucky person like me that can hear it) with the 4890's from various manufactures. If you have a pretty sound tight case, or don't care about high pitched wailing from coil resonance you should be fine.
