I have an Asus M2V motherboard, and im so confused as to what graphics cards will work with it. Whats the difference between PCI Express 2.0 x16 and PCI Express x16 and would either type work with my motherboard. Also if you guys could recommend a decent graphics card, for a decent price that would be awesome. I'd really apreicate anyhelp I could get, thanks!

PCIe 1.0 and 2.0 won't have a huge significant difference, you probably won't notice. It'll work fine either way.
