when the power is one the cpu cooling fan is runing and when ever the windows xp starts the collijg fan automatically turn off

Ok, I realize you make be speaking English as a second language but we still need more detail to your problem. Make a list of your current hardware or model of your prebuilt system.

From what I can get from your partial statement I think you need to start by going into the BIOS and checking your settings.

Explain in more detail please... :/
