Depends on the rest of your system especialy your monitor size/res and what games you want to play.

There is some performance different, by about 5 FPS i'd say

Im assuming the others are not taking the rebate into account, i have heard its hard to actually get but dont know.
I think on ballance of price and what you want it to do that its a bit of a no brainer that you should get the 1GB version.
