Would you please help me I don't know who to talk to about this.
Microsoft Photo Story 2 LE was installed on my computer when I purchased it.
I just purchased online the upgrade to Microsoft Plus! Digital Media
Edition for Windows XP to burn a video CD. When I created the VCD and tried
to play in on my Toshiba DVD Player Model SD:3815, I get a message No Disc.
The DVD's manual says it cannot play discs that contain different kinds of
formated data other than MP3 and CD-DA data. (I don't know if this is
relevant or not??) How do I get the DVD to play the DVD. The DVD did play a
VCD when I burned a VCD using my old computer using a MadDog burner. Your
help would be greatly appreciated.
