Safe temps for 965 @ 3.8GHz?

I've set the multiplier to x19 to get 3.8GHz on the PII x4 965 BE, the voltage to 1.4, the CPU/NB to 2.4GHz, and the CPU/NB voltage to 1.3. At idle the temperature gets as low as 37 degrees. Surfing the internet and light tasks generally keep it at 42/43 degrees. The highest I've ever seen it reach ingame has been 55 degrees.
On a Prime 95 blend test (8 hours), it reached a maximum of 59 degrees.

Are these temperature safe? If not, should I lower the voltages or the multipliers?

I'm using the stock HSF because my mATX case (Apevia X-Qpack 2) doesn't have enough room for most aftermarket heatsinks. If these temperatures are a little high, could anyone suggest the best low-profile HSF they know of?

Thanks in advance!

62C is max. spec. temp.

59C is pushing it, 55C is the sweet-spot most shoot for 24/7. Keep in mind Prime is taxing the CPU 100% and that doesn't happen in most real-world apps.

I wouldn't add any more to it, unless you find a better cooling solution.

In short, you should be good to go...
