Office xp will not activate

Hello,can anyone tell me why I'm getting a can't activate error on my Office 2002 (XP) disc. I had it installed until a week ago when my new Windows 7 64 bit home premium computer crashed and I had to do a factory reinstall.

Do you have a valid license key?

If so, then speak to Microsoft and advise them of the issue you were having.

Within some applications you need to unregister the product before uninstalling, however, in your case this was not an option as you had to factory reset.

I have the original key that came with the software, the funny thing is I can't reactivate and I can't seem to find a phone number for microsoft support anywhere either.
