I have an MSI P55-CD53 motherboard with an i5 processor. I bought G.skill DDR3 1600 PC3-12800 1.65V RAM. Something isn't working. Is the RAM incompatible?

The RAM is on the cinoatibility list, BUT with the O.C., so I think that whe you say "Somethng isn't working", you refer to the RAM that isn't running to 1600.

You need set the timings manually on the BIOS.

How can I do this if I can't even get past the first 1 second of turning on? Literally the LED flashes, fans almost spin a full revolution, and it quits. Is it too late, did something burn out? Once again, no physical damage
